Terms of Service

Welcome to Wonder Paws. These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Wonder Paws LLC, a Delaware limited liability company ("Wonder Paws," "we," "us" or "our"). They apply when you visit www.mywonderpaws.com (the "Site") and when you buy our pet supplements and other products (the "Products"), whether as a one-time order or a subscription.
By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to the policies they refer to: our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Shipping Policy and Subscription Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or buy our Products.
IMPORTANT: Please review the product safety, subscription, warranty, liability and dispute resolution provisions carefully. Certain legal rights cannot be waived under applicable law.
1. Who Can Buy
To place an order, you must:
• be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher;
• be able to enter into a binding contract; and
• be buying Products for your own pets or as a gift, and not for resale (see Section 2).
You are responsible for keeping your account login secure and for activity under your account. Tell us right away at info@mywonderpaws.com if you think your account has been used without permission.
2. Personal Use Only; No Resale
Our Products are sold for personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell them on any website, marketplace or store (including Amazon, Walmart, eBay and TikTok Shop) unless you have a written agreement with us to do so. We may limit quantities, and refuse or cancel orders that we reasonably believe are placed for resale, including orders that share an account, payment card, or billing or shipping address with past resale orders.
Authorized sellers. Wonder Paws sells its Products directly on this Site and through its own official Wonder Paws stores on Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, eBay and the Shop app. No other person, store or business may sell Wonder Paws Products without our prior written consent. The retailers we have authorized in writing are Chewy, iHerb and Target. On marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop and eBay, check that the seller is Wonder Paws; listings from any other seller are not authorized.
Wonder Paws Products bought from an unauthorized seller are not covered by our satisfaction guarantee, because we cannot confirm how they were stored or whether they are genuine.
3. Using Our Products Safely
Pet wellness products, not veterinary care. Our Products are intended to support pet wellness as described on their labels. Product information, testimonials and other Site content are for general informational purposes and do not replace veterinary diagnosis, treatment or individualized advice. Do not use website information to delay veterinary care. No specific outcome is guaranteed. Nothing in these Terms limits any legally required product labeling or safety disclosures.
Talk to your vet. Consult your veterinarian before giving any supplement, especially if your pet is pregnant or nursing, very young or elderly, has a medical condition, has known allergies, or takes any medication. Our Products are formulated for dogs; ask your veterinarian before giving them to any other animal.
Follow the label. Always read and follow the label directions, ingredients, feeding amounts and warnings on the package you receive. If the label differs from information on the Site, the label controls. Check the ingredient list for anything your pet is sensitive to. Do not exceed the recommended amount.
Storage and handling. Store Products as directed on the label, keep them out of reach of children and pets (chews are tasty, and a pet that gets into a container may eat too many), and do not use a Product if the safety seal is broken or missing or it is past its "best by" date.
If something seems wrong. Stop using the Product and contact your veterinarian if your pet shows any adverse reaction, such as vomiting, diarrhea, itching, lethargy or loss of appetite. Please also tell us at info@mywonderpaws.com or 800-716-3464 with the Product name and lot number from the package. We review every report as part of our quality program.
Results vary. Every pet is different. Testimonials and reviews reflect individual experiences and are not a promise of any particular result.
4. Product Information
We try to describe and picture our Products accurately, but colors and images may look different on your screen, and packaging may change. We may update formulas, ingredients, sizes and packaging from time to time; the label on the Product you receive is the accurate description of that Product. Products are subject to availability, and we may discontinue any Product at any time.
5. Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship it, and our order confirmation email is not an acceptance. We may refuse or cancel any order, or limit quantities, including for suspected fraud, resale, pricing or description errors, or if a Product is unavailable. If we cancel all or part of your order after you have been charged, we will refund you for the cancelled part.
Changes and cancellations. We try to ship quickly, so once your order is placed we may not be able to change or cancel it. Contact us right away at info@mywonderpaws.com and we will do our best. If an order has already shipped, our Refund Policy applies.
6. Prices, Payment and Taxes
Prices are in U.S. dollars and do not include shipping or taxes unless stated. We collect sales tax where required by law. Prices may change at any time, but a change will not affect an order we have already accepted, and subscription price changes are handled as described in Section 8.
We sometimes test different website versions, offers, discounts and prices, so the price or offer you see may differ from what another customer sees at the same time. The price shown at checkout when you place your order is the price you pay.
If a Product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you, or contact you to ask whether you want it at the correct price.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide and you authorize us (and our payment processors) to charge it for the order total. Payments are processed securely through Shopify's checkout.
7. Shipping, Delivery and Lost Packages
Shipping options, costs and delivery estimates are shown at checkout and in our Shipping Policy. Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct; we are not responsible for orders delivered to an address you entered incorrectly. If your package is lost, stolen or arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will work with you to replace it or refund it.
International orders. If you order from outside the United States, you are the importer of record and are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes and fees, and for complying with your country's import rules for pet supplements. Products refused by customs may not be eligible for a refund of shipping costs.
8. Subscriptions and Automatic Renewal
If you choose a subscription, you authorize us to charge your payment method the subscription price shown at checkout, plus any applicable shipping and taxes, at the frequency you select, until you cancel. We will show you the price, delivery frequency and how to cancel before you confirm.
You can cancel, skip, pause or change your subscription at any time online, through your account or the "Manage subscription" link in your order emails, or by emailing info@mywonderpaws.com or calling 800-716-3464. To avoid your next charge, cancel before your next charge date. There are no cancellation fees.
We will provide subscription disclosures, confirmations, renewal reminders and price-change notices when required by applicable law and as described at checkout and in our Subscription Policy. You may cancel before the next charge. Subscription discounts apply only while your subscription is active. If a charge fails, we may retry it or pause your subscription. The cancellation process will be at least as accessible as applicable law requires.
9. Satisfaction Guarantee, Returns and Refunds
We stand behind our Products. Our satisfaction guarantee, and how to request a refund, are described in our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms. The guarantee applies to Products bought from an authorized seller listed in Section 2. To keep it fair for everyone, we may decline refund requests that we reasonably believe are fraudulent or abusive, such as repeated refunds on the same Product.
10. Promotions, Discounts and Free Gifts
Discount codes, free gifts and other promotions are subject to the terms stated with the offer. Unless the offer says otherwise, they are limited to one per customer or household, cannot be combined with other offers, have no cash value, are not transferable, cannot be applied to past orders, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time. If you return an order that used a promotion, your refund reflects the price you actually paid. Free gifts may need to be returned, or their value deducted, if the order they came with is refunded.
11. Emails
If you sign up for marketing emails, you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. We will still send emails about your orders, subscriptions and account. By ordering or creating an account, you agree to receive these transactional communications electronically.
12. Reviews and Content You Submit
When you voluntarily submit a review, photo, video or other content for public display or marketing use, you represent that you have the rights necessary to submit it and that it reflects your genuine experience. You retain ownership and grant Wonder Paws a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to reproduce, display, distribute, adapt and use that content in connection with our business, products and marketing, subject to applicable privacy, publicity and consumer review laws. Separate permission may be required for certain identifiable individuals or uses. We do not condition a purchase or refund on a positive review.
We do not edit reviews to change their meaning or suppress reviews because they are negative. If we provide a free Product or other incentive in exchange for a review, the review will be labeled as such. We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive, false, infringes anyone's rights, or makes medical claims.
If you send us ideas or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.
13. Our Intellectual Property
The Site and its content, including the Wonder Paws name and logo, product names, text, images, videos and designs, are owned by or licensed to Wonder Paws and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, sell or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Copyright complaints. If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, email info@mywonderpaws.com with a description of the work, where it appears on the Site, your contact information, and a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
14. Acceptable Use of the Site
You agree not to: use the Site for any unlawful purpose; submit false information or impersonate anyone; place fraudulent orders or abuse promotions or our guarantee; scrape, crawl or use bots on the Site; upload viruses or malicious code; interfere with the Site's security or operation; or harass, abuse or harm others. We may suspend or close accounts and cancel orders that violate these Terms. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience; we do not control them and are not responsible for their content or practices.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the extent required by applicable law, Products must conform to applicable express warranties and mandatory product safety requirements. EXCEPT FOR OUR EXPRESS SATISFACTION GUARANTEE AND WARRANTIES THAT CANNOT LAWFULLY BE DISCLAIMED, AND TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, WHERE SUCH DISCLAIMERS ARE LAWFUL. No disclaimer changes your rights under mandatory consumer protection law.
16. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WONDER PAWS LLC AND ITS OWNERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR PRODUCTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SITE OR A PRODUCT IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT THAT GAVE RISE TO THE CLAIM.
These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including, where required, liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Some states do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
17. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wonder Paws LLC and its owners, managers, employees and agents from third-party claims, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your violation of these Terms (including unauthorized resale of our Products), your misuse of the Site, or your violation of any law or the rights of others.
18. Governing Law and Disputes
Talk to us first. Most concerns can be resolved quickly. Before starting any formal proceeding, you and we agree to try to resolve the dispute informally for 30 days, starting when one of us sends the other a written description of the issue (to us at info@mywonderpaws.com).
Governing law. These Terms and any dispute relating to them, the Site or our Products are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and by applicable federal law.
Where disputes are heard. Any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Suffolk County, New York, and you and we consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Either party may instead bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies.
19. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms by posting the new version on this page and changing the effective date above. For material changes, we will also email customers with active subscriptions. Changes apply from the date they are posted and do not apply to orders placed before that date.
20. General
These Terms, together with the policies they refer to, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Site and Products. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms; we may transfer ours to a successor business. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as carrier delays, natural disasters, supply shortages or internet outages. Headings are for convenience only. Sections 2, 3, 12 through 18 and this Section 20 survive any termination of these Terms.
Notice for California customers. Under California Civil Code Section 1789.3, California residents may contact the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs in writing at 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, CA 95834, or by phone at (800) 952-5210.

Additional Terms: Electronic Communications and Consent
By providing an email address for an order, you agree to receive necessary electronic transaction and account notices. Marketing emails and marketing text messages are governed by separate opt-in requirements and applicable law; purchasing a Product does not itself authorize marketing texts. You may unsubscribe from marketing messages using the method provided in the message. We may preserve electronic records of your acceptance of these Terms, order authorizations and subscription consents.
Additional Terms: Third-Party Services and Promotions
Some website functions are provided by third parties and may be subject to their own terms and privacy notices. Promotions, referrals, sweepstakes and loyalty programs may have additional published terms, which govern the relevant offer in the event of a conflict. We may reject fraudulent or abusive participation, subject to applicable law.
Additional Terms: Dispute Resolution Review Notice
These Terms currently provide for an informal resolution period and court proceedings under Section 18. They do not require individual arbitration or waive class actions or jury trials. Any future arbitration agreement must be separately drafted and approved by legal counsel, clearly disclosed at checkout, and supported by a legally compliant opt-out and consumer dispute procedure. Changes will not retroactively impose arbitration on prior orders without valid agreement.
